iHealth Fit is a Bluetooth-enabled scale that measures weight and calculates or estimates various body analysis data such as BMI, fat, lean, muscle, water and bone mass, visceral fat and daily caloric intake. Track your results on the iHealth MyVitals app.

A scale that tells you everything
The iHealth Fit connected body analysis scale measures your weight, calculates your body fat and displays the results on its backlit display. Using the new ITO technology, this scale also calculates or estimates BMI and the different masses of your body to better understand your weight distribution. With its sleek design and fine lines, the iHealth Fit scale will fit perfectly into the design of your bathroom.

iHealth Fit in 6 weights
In addition to the classic features of our iHealth Lina scale (weight and BMI), iHealth Fit calculates or estimates 6 different masses thanks to the four electrodes placed under your feet :
Fat mass: expressed as a percentage and calculated according to the amount of fat in proportion to your body weight.
Lean mass: expressed in kilos and calculated by subtracting the body fat value from the total body weight.
Water mass: expressed as a percentage of total mass and indicating the total amount of fluid in the body.
Muscle mass: expressed in kilos and indicating the weight of the muscles in your body.
Bone mass: expressed in kilograms and refers to the amount of bone in your body.
Visceral mass: expressed in index, fat found in the internal abdominal cavity that surrounds the vital organs of the trunk.
An algorithm will calculate an estimate of your optimal daily caloric intake.

Thanks to the free and intuitive iHealth MyVitals application, available on iOS and Android, iHealth Fit provides you with complete tracking and historical data in graphical form. View your data histories at any time, set goals for better results and share them securely with your doctors or loved ones.
