ActivGel flat shoes and ballerinas are designed to provide additional cushioning and shock absorption in the heel area for lighter feet all day long. They stay securely in place without compressing the toes. Suitable for sizes 35 to 40.5 Suitable for flat shoes and ballerinas Instructions for use: Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before use. Remove the plastic wrap and locate the marks indicating the left (L) and right (R) sole. Place the sole in the corresponding shoe with the grip side down. Insert it into the shoe by aligning the heel of the sole with the back of the shoe. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear. To remove the sole, remove it slowly and gently from the shoe.
