APPLICATION AND USE OF THE SLIMMING OIL
Pour a few drops of Ayurvedic Slimming Oil in your hand and apply directly on the concerned areas (thighs, buttocks, hips, stomach...). Complete with the "palpate and roll" technique if the cellulite has been present for a long time.

Palpating and rolling techniques: The palpating and rolling technique consists of kneading the skin and the subcutaneous tissues in order to activate the venous and lymphatic circulation to facilitate and positively increase the effect of Ayurveda on your skin.

For a better efficiency, it is recommended to proceed beforehand to a dry massage with the glove "Garshan", by carrying out circular frictions and back and forth during 2 to 3 minutes.
