1. Unfold the mask and gently remove one of the protective films.
2. Apply the mask to the entire face, starting at the top of the face, fitting it snugly to its contours.
3. Remove the upper protective film.
4. If necessary, readjust the mask by making delicate pressure points, thus allowing a perfect adhesion to the face. Leave on for 10 minutes and start the massage on the mask.
