Using the spatula spread a moderate layer of the Magnet Lifting mask over the face and massage gently. Avoid the eye area. Leave on for 5 minutes and then apply the enclosed block to remove the magnet mask. Hold the block close to the skin (barely touching it) and remove the magnet mask with back and forward movements.
