This eye make-up remover comes in the form of a refreshing two-phase lotion with soothing Rose and Blueberry extracts, formulated with ultra-fine oils to instantly and perfectly remove eye make-up, even intense and water-resistant. Tolerance to Express Eye Makeup Remover has been tested under ophthalmological control to suit the most sensitive eyes, including those wearing lenses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the lotion bottle before each use. Gently rub a cotton pad soaked in eye make-up remover over the eyelids and then over the eyelashes, without rubbing. Use a different cotton pad for each eye.
