You can wear the briefs alone or on certain days of menstruation, in addition to other protections (with a tampon or menstrual cup, instead of panty liners to avoid any risk of staining); and so they continue to use disposable protections. Others (20%) use it every day and every night of their period. The use is therefore very diverse. It depends on the flow (light, medium, abundant, very abundant); on its texture (fluid/viscous); on the instinctive flow of each of us (amount of blood we lose in the toilet).

Washing: hand wash and then machine wash at 30°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry, do not iron. Wash before first use.
