For hygienic reasons, the product cannot be returned if it has been used or unsealed.
You can wear the panties alone or on certain days of menstruation, in addition to other protections (with a tampon or menstrual cup, instead of panty liners to avoid any risk of staining); and so continue to use disposable protections. Others (20%) use it every day and every night of their period. The use is therefore very diverse. It depends on the flow (light, medium, abundant, very abundant); on its texture (fluid/viscous); on the instinctive flow of each of us (amount of blood we lose in the toilet).

Washing: by hand and then machine wash at 30°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry, do not iron. Wash before first use.
