‌Fauchon rose petal confit embodies the harmony of freshness and sweetness. The roses are meticulously chosen to preserve the intensity and fragrance of their petals. This artisanal Fauchon recipe is a concentrate of flowers, evoking all the freshness of spring. To achieve balance, Fauchon perpetuates tradition by cooking the dried flowers slowly and in small quantities with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the signature of Fauchon jams.
