How to Apply
Massage the face after applying LIFT REMODELLING CREAM to counter sagging and replenish the loss of facial volume.

STEP 1
Place the forefinger and middle finger of each hand on the upper and lower eyelids.
Massage by pressing firmly and slowly towards the temples.

STEP 2
Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.

STEP 3
Place four fingers on either side of mouth. Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.

STEP 4
Pinch the skin several times at the top and center of the cheeks and on either side of the mouth.

STEP 5
Place the thumb finger and forefinger of each hand pinching the front and behind the facial line.
Press these three points that the picture points out several times. Then place both hands on the neck and softly pat in turn from the top to down.

STEP 6
Hold the palms on the facial line within 3‑5 seconds until you can feel your palm’s warmness.

STEP 7
Massage 5 or 6 points along the Y‑line on the cheek using 3 fingers (from the index finger to the ring finger).

STEP 8
Pinch the lower part of the cheeks between 4 fingers (from the index finger to the little finger) and the thumb. Then release. Repeat it a few times.
