The powerful active ingredients
The CL1870 Laser Focus™ Complex is a combination of peptides, collagen-building and soothing ingredients that help to visibly reduce lines and wrinkles of varying intensity. The peptides Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (neuropeptide), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 help to increase natural collagen production, thereby reducing the appearance of expression lines. Whey protein also supports natural collagen production. Caffeine and algae extract have a soothing effect on the skin to minimize the effects of irritation and enable optimal repair.
The next generation retinoid, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, a vitamin A derivative, gives the skin a youthful appearance by stimulating natural cell renewal - for a smoother, refined skin surface and fewer visible wrinkles.

100% fragrance free. After cleansing, apply 1-2 pumps to the skin, avoiding the eye area, and then use a moisturizer as usual. To prevent future signs of skin aging, daily sun protection of at least SPF 15 is essential. You should also make sure that the skin is not exposed to sunlight more than necessary during the period of application. Extreme weather conditions such as wind or cold can irritate the skin more, which is why the skin should be protected accordingly. Important: The Clinique Smart Clinical Repair™ Wrinkle Correcting Serum should not be combined with other products that contain retinol.
Clinique Smart Clinical Repair™ Wrinkle Correcting Serum has been formulated to be particularly effective and safe. However, the tolerability of retinoid formulas can vary. Especially when using retinol/retinoid for the first time, slight redness, a warm, tingling feeling or flaking (skin peeling) can occur. These symptoms are normal and temporary signs that the formula is working. If symptoms become increasingly uncomfortable, use only every other day until the skin becomes accustomed.
For additional comfort, the following should be considered: The use of a mild cleanser such as Clinique Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam is recommended. Parallel use of an exfoliator should be reduced and if Clinique Clarifying Lotion is already being used, switch to Clarifying Lotion 1.0, which has a milder formula. For extra care, an additional moisturizer such as Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator is recommended.
