Take the equivalent of a large dab of mask, spread it over 6 zones (forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and neck) on dry skin, avoiding the eye contour area, then spread the mask to cover the entire face and neck in a thin layer.

Leave on for 5 minutes, then massage symmetrically with both hands, making small concentric circles all over the face. Don't hesitate to insist on the T-zone (wings of the nose, forehead and chin) if you feel the need, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Ideally once or twice a week
