Head back, lift lower jaw, push chin forward. Exhale completely. Release three times.
Head back, rotate (right/left) looking over shoulder, 3 times.
Swing head gently (up/down) 3 times.

Inflate the cheeks, move the air from one cheek to the other, insisting under the nose, 3 times.
