Clinical and dermatological studies
Clinical and dermatological studies prove a very good efficacy and tolerance, even on sensitive skin, including the delicate eye area.
Main results
A hydration study¹ was conducted with 27 women aged 25 to 65. The sample used Eucerin DermatoCLEAN 3-in-1 Micellar Water twice daily for one week. The results were evaluated using a corneometer (a sensor widely used to measure skin hydration) and showed :
- An increase in skin hydration for 81% of volunteers
- An average increase in corneometer values of 12%.
In further research, we used heat mapping technology to test skin hydration before and after using Eucerin DermatoCLEAN ² 3-in-1 Micellar Water. The results (visualised below) show a significant increase in skin hydration 10 minutes after using the micellar water.
Thermo-mapping tests also proved that Eucerin DermatoCLEAN 3-in-1 Micellar Water significantly reduces sebum levels on the skin, making it ideal for oily and combination skin.
