Directions for use
Step 1: spray the slimming mist on the areas to be treated (thighs, buttocks, stomach, hips...) so that the suction cup can glide over your skin.
Step 2: take the suction cup in your hand and pinch its sides with your fingers.
Step 3: place the suction cup on the bottom of your thigh, the suction cup sucks your skin (you can pinch the suction cup for less suction), then slide the suction cup upwards. Do not go back and forth, take off the suction cup then repeat the same gesture from bottom to top so that your whole thigh benefits from this massage. Approximately one minute for each thigh.
Step 4: massage from the bottom of your thigh upwards, alternating the movement from right to left. Start at the front of the thigh and then the back of the thigh for about 2 minutes per thigh. Do not hesitate to extend the movement to the buttocks and/or hips.
Step 5: Now perform the massages, always from the bottom to the top, in circular movements, taking care to massage each area of your thigh. Do this movement for 2 minutes.
