Les Senteurs Gourmandes - 'Vanille Chocolat' Eau De Parfum - 100 ml
Our perfumed creation is carried by the desire to create a subtle marriage between the cocoa bean and the vanilla pod: an olfactory delight
This intense vanilla eau de parfum is one of our first olfactory creations. Vanille Chocolat is a composition of rich, gourmand and bewitching materials. We are the first perfume house to have dared this deceptively simple duo. Natural vanilla and cocoa develop a complex fragrance made up of several hundred different aromatic compounds. It seduces today by its balanced and emotionally charged olfactory construction.
The result is a suave and very gourmand creation. Among the four olfactory universes that are the source of our inspiration (Traditionnelles Vanilles, Carnet de Voyage, Souvenirs d'Enfance, le Verger), the Eau de Parfum Vanille Chocolat has naturally imposed itself in the Traditionnelles Vanilles family.
In history, vanilla and chocolate are intimately linked. Secretly prepared by the Aztecs for thousands of years, it was used to enhance the chocolate in a drink for nobles and warriors. It was in 1519 that the first European, Hernan Cortes, had the honor of tasting this chocolate drink as a sign of welcome. Cortes, conquered by this beverage, made it known during his return to the Spanish court, which fell under its charm. The two flavors are then used for their aphrodisiac and stimulating virtues and remain the favorite agreement of the finest gourmets. In the creation Vanille Chocolat, it is a sweet and greedy vanilla which is revealed to offer you a journey in the History, when the chocolate and the vanilla were still only the secret marriage of some privileged people.
This eau de parfum is composed of 90% natural ingredients.
We select pure ingredients of high quality from the surrounding nature and natural vanilla extracts from Mexico and Madagascar. They are combined with a 100% natural alcohol, guaranteed without phthalate to obtain compositions with sincere notes that come to life on the skin.
In the respect of the traditions, 21 days of maceration are necessary to guarantee a balanced olfactory construction. This work allows the subtle alliance of all the ingredients. Particular care is also given to the glazing and filtration stages which determine the stability and constancy of the compositions over time.
