A small cake with a rounded shape and a granular appearance. Made with almonds, sugar and egg white. It has been consumed in Lorraine for more than two centuries. This delicious pastry is made in a traditional way in Boulay and Nancy.

Composition: 100% vegetable waxes, perfume elaborated in the Pays de Grasse, 3 wicks in pure cotton, recyclable case and glass. About 60 hours of broadcasting.
