OUD Eau de Parfum by Francis Kurkdjian is built around the most precious of ingredients, oud wood from Laos, dreamt of on the outskirts of a palace of marble and chiselled gold, drowned in a midnight blue sky studded with stars. Atlas cedar and Indonesian patchouli lead a sensual conversation with him on the skin. Saffron and elemi give it sparks of light, a golden presence that flickers in the background. At once masculine and feminine, OUD is a pure mystery, a bewitching, narcotic, beautiful spicy amber fragrance.
