Postquam - 'Bonder Semi-Permanent Acid-Free Enamel' Base Coat

Primer improves the adhesion of the base coat to the natural nail and is especially useful on oily nails.
Directions for use:
Polish the nail with a fine-grained file, then clean and degrease it with a cellulose wipe dipped in Cleaner. Apply primer on the nail, wringing out the brush well and without touching the skin. Wait a few seconds for it to air dry and begin the semi-permanent manicure.
