Its proven active ingredient is called piroctone olamine, a well-tolerated ingredient used to treat dandruff-causing fungal infections of the skin. After just one month of use three times a week, the amount of dandruff is significantly reduced by an average of 83 % when used in combination with the Anti-dandruff lotion with coltsfoot. The shampoo cleanses very gently with natural surfactants and is therefore suitable even for daily hair washing. An additional bonus is that a you get a lot out of a single bottle: there’s enough for 30–45 washes, depending on the length of the hair.
