You can use it diluted, as mouthwash or with a dental jet, after toothbrushing or at every moment of the day.

USE
Dilute some drops of Myrrh mouthwash in a glass of water. Rinse abundantly the mouth using the mixture and by keeping it a few seconds in the mouth.
It can also be used not diluted in very local application on the gums with a cotton bud.
