‌FAUCHON presents its red wine pork terrine, an artisanal creation created without preservatives or additives, using solid local ingredients: noble cuts of red label pork and AOC Malbec wine. Marinated in this full-bodied, tannic and bouqueted red wine, the meat is then minced with a knife for a firm, flavorful texture. Slowly and carefully cooked, this terrine embodies the authenticity and tradition of the French terroir.

‌Keep in a cool and dry place.
